Today Starlizard Integrity Services publish our latest Suspicious Betting Trends in Global Football Report, in conjunction with Stats Perform Integrity.
The report highlights the extent of suspicious football matches played in 2019 and which are indicative of suspected match-fixing.
This year over 80,000 global football matches have been analysed across 113 countries and six continents.
We identified 456 suspicious football matches, which represents 0.56% of all matches analysed in 2019 (a decrease from 0.61% in the previous year’s findings). Suspicious football matches were identified in 123 different competitions. 46 of the 456 matches were youth level matches.
